R3A Energy Consultants LLP (formerly NR3A Consultancy LLP) is a premier consulting firm founded and managed by seasoned professionals who served at senior positions in GAIL (India) Limited. Our core team includes leaders with decades of domain expertise in Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, City Gas Distribution, LNG, and Petrochemicals.

Registered as a Limited Liability Partnership on 22nd April 2019, we combine strategic leadership with hands-on experience to offer practical, high-impact consulting services to industries across the energy sector.

R3A offers consultancy services across three key verticals:

  We design and review HR policies, engagement strategies, delegation frameworks, and also provide specialized training programs.
• Finance & Accounting
  Our services include finance training for non-finance executives and strategic advisory services tailored to energy companies.
• Technical Consulting for Energy Sector
  Covering Natural Gas, CNG, LNG, Petrochemicals, and City Gas Distribution — from policy to execution.

We also work on retainership basis across functional areas for companies in the energy sector.

Our Legacy

The founding partners bring with them 150+ years of combined leadership experience, having led some of India’s most critical and high-value projects in the energy sector — from the setup of GAIL’s Petrochemical Complex in Pata to representing India in cross-border pipeline negotiations (TAPI, Myanmar-China).

• Rebranded as: R3A Energy Consultants LLP on 26 November 2024
